Thanks for sharing

Really enjoy reading your page Mike, thanks for sharing so much info. I struggled with a bout of depression 3 years ago that I would not wish upon my worst enemy. I grew up in an alcoholic house which has it own issues but I think the biggest one for me was losing my mom to ALS a year later my mother n law to ALS and 2 years later my 46 year old sister to cancer...1982 my dad was killed in a car accident..so needless to say I had it all going on :) I think my ole body just had had an overload. My husband lost his job and our basement flooded in 1 wk and that just sent me on a spiral down hill. I'm so thankful I'm up and out of that valley. I say until a person actually suffers from depression they can't understand what one goes threw. My brother just had a complete liver transplant from cirrhosis in October..thanking God daily he is doing well. Not that you need to hear my life story :) but know that I always enjoy reading helpful information on these topics. Thanks again

Fuller, the Therapy Dog, Welcomes You! Can you bring in his briefcase?
Fuller will be updating our Pinterest pictures, and asks that if you like them, that you Pin them, so he gets a sense of what you enjoy. Right now he is sniffing at all the outdoor scenes I like. Let him know.

Track Your Calorie Loss on Your Smart Phone?
Will My Phone Tell Google? Or My Mom?
This Body Media tool looks very exciting to me. I really could use immediate feedback about my food choices, and even an old "how-does-this-thing-work?" cell phone noobie like myself could handle this. I can record my food use and get real time feedback about calorie burn vs calorie intake? Very efficient, and just the motivation I need.
