I am grateful for my good friend Mike.

My good friend Mike has been a major part of my life in general as well as in my spiritual and emotional development journey.

He has been a mentor, guide and friend for the past 20 years and has helped me work through an extremely tough divorce, a shattering job loss and a Holy Host of other life issues that I have been "blessed" with including depression, anxiety, low-self-esteem and my occasional bouts of "Tyrant King Ego".

Sometimes his guidance is done with a gentle nudge and sometimes it's with a wail of a 2X4 but in every case it is done with love and respect. (I think;-)

I have a small group of "true" friends and I am honored that my friend Mike is one of them.

Hi Bob,

I think I know who and what you are talking about. I have a similar group of friends, who helped me understand something about trust and connection, who did not abandon me, who held me as I wept...and at the end of all of this, we will still be treasuring one another won't we? No one else will know, but us, and our families. Thanks for good friends. Mike
