HI I'M LAURA, I SUFFER WITH AN EATING DISORDER - BULIMIA. I'VE LIVED WITH THIS CONDITION NOW FOR 15 YEARS AND AM DESPIRATE FOR HELP TO OVERCOME THIS. WHAT I WAS WONDERING IS WOULD NEUROPLASTY HELP WITH ROCOVERY??????

To the extent that changing your self-talk is important, then building neuroplasticity will be useful. Mike
