Domestic Violence Videos

I am creating a series of short domestic violence videos for my counseling videos page.

I have been a domestic violence educator in Illinois for about 12 years, and the groups are still powerful for me.

But the videos are a bit more educational to begin with, although at some point I may include a video of one of my groups. I hope you find them worthwhile. I would love to have your feedback.

I am also a licensed one on one HeartMath provider, and the HeartMath process has been a part of the solution to domestic violence that I have taught for about 8 years.

I teach the men in my program that they can literally get on the same heart beat with their partner and offer choice, rather than do the power and control stuff, and if they can get on the same heart beat, the relationship must have a heart beat, which can be attended to, like a garden. The harvest is there, heart beat by heart beat.
