Here is a brief anger management video, which summarizes some of what I teach my court ordered anger management clients. Their are a number of things that I think are important in anger management videos, including how we respond to facial expressions, nutrition, and how fast the central nervous system responds. I can change internally from contentment to fight-fright-flee chemistry twice as fast as I can blink my eyes. Therefore it is very useful to have anger management training that works at the speed of my central nervous system. There are two tools that I think are very effective for anger management at that speed, deep, regular breathing and HeartMath which is a biofeedback training which I do on my PC. Both tools are very effective and have a number of very healthy side effects, like aiding and abetting our higher perceptual centers in our brains to work very well.
